Please join us for a tour of the Ideum studio and a New Mexican fiesta!

We invite all attendees of the Museums and the Web Conference and other friends to join us for a celebration. Tour the Ideum studio, taste authentic New Mexican cuisine, and listen to New Mexico music. The party will be held at the Ideum studio and the two-hundred-year-old “Rancho de Corrales” and Territorial Saloon next door.
There will be a cash bar, but we invite all guests to drop by the studio for a welcome glass of New Mexican champagne.
Music: Mariachi Nuevo Sonido: a seven-piece band will be playing from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. The band is from New Mexico and neighboring Chihuahua, Mexico. They play traditional mariachi music, jazzy tijuana brass, and New Mexico rancheras. Between songs they will explain their musical traditions.
More Music: Goshen – described as a "Folk / Punk / Blues" band from Santa Fe will play in the Territorial Saloon at 9:30 PM. Goshen have released six CDs on Frogville Records.
Food: Dinner will be served. A range of New Mexican favorites and Southwestern specialties will be served.
Transportation between the Hyatt and Ideum will be provided by Follow the Sun Inc. A bus will be leaving the Hyatt every hour beginning at 6 p.m., with the final bus leaving Ideum around 11 p.m. We are located 25 minutes from Downtown Albuquerque (towards Santa Fe).
