Custom Software Development and Installations
Ideum has been developing custom applications and installations since the firm was founded in 1999. We’ve developed computer-based exhibits for museums, educational organizations, and socially responsible companies across the globe that explore a variety of science, history, art, and cultural topics. We’ve developed cutting-edge multitouch applications for multitouch tables, displays, and kiosks. Our expertise runs deep as we’ve developed the leading multitouch framework for Adobe Flash and Flex, GestureWorks.
Along with software, our technical experience in designing and developing the MT-50 table allows us to build custom multitouch installations. We can develop large-scale tables or multitouch walls for museums and other public settings.
In 2009, we developed a 100″ multitouch table for Adventure Science Center in Nashville, TN. Ideum developed custom software along with the custom hardware for this unique installation.
